GREAT NEWS! HB 4663 (Koda’s law) passed the full House of Representatives today! HB 4663 will ban the Class B dealer (research broker) from taking Michigan’s shelter animals.
Next step – THE SENATE! Watch our website so *YOU* can help HB 4663 pass in the Senate – then go to our Governor and become law! More info to come on how to act ASAP!
H.B. 4663 (Koda’s law) to ban the B dealer in the State of Michigan passed the House agriculture committee on July 1st!
What’s next? This bill moves on to the full House where it will be voted on. If it passes, it moves on to a Senate committee and then on to the full Senate. But the great news is this bill is MOVING! Let’s keep up the momentum!!!!
