Low Income Spay/Neuter Program

Are you a low income pet owner that needs help getting your dog or cat fixed? Voiceless-MI can help! Voiceless-MI is able to assist by discounting spay/neuter surgeries for needy owners at the new Capital Area Humane Society spay/neuter clinic located at 5919 S. Cedar Street in Lansing, MI.

What do you need to do to qualify? If you are a Michigan resident, at least 18yrs old, low income, cannot afford the surgery without financial assistance and can get your pet to the CAHS clinic in Lansing, Michigan, then you qualify. This program is not for breeders or rescue groups. Please fill out the form below and you will be contacted by a Voiceless-MI representative within 4 working days. Due to grant restrictions, we are only able to fund spay & neuter surgeries, no vaccines at this time.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank  The Petco Foundation for their generous funding. We’d also like to thank our donors for their kind donations that have allowed this program to take place. Many families and animals thank you!
